Attorney Desautel successfully challenged an agreement executed between Invenergy Thermal Development, LLC and the Pascoag Utility District for access to contaminated municipal wells for cooling water. The matter now rests with the state’s Energy Facilities Siting Board, where the Town of Burrillville’s Motion to Dismiss, based on the project’s lack of a water source, is pending.
